SELF CARE SUNDAYS

Glow Up Challenge

This has been one of the busiest months ever! The Wood-Mode Lifestyle and Design Center is in the process of being installed! Lisa and I have been starting to stage the displays we can. I am working on finalizing the Design of Bridgwood’s Training Center and starting to place those orders. All while juggling a few other projects I have taken on. So normally I do take Sundays to do “Self-Care.” However, with how busy life has got I haven’t been so great about doing all the things. So, I decided to take on the Angie Bellemare “Glow Up challenge!” From September 1st to January 1st there are 121 days, and this is a way to ensure you can go into the new year feeling your very best!

I am now a total of 2 weeks in, and I am feeling so amazing! I really think these are habits I want to stick to even after the new year approaches. I can already feel my skin feeling better, I am seeing inches lost around my waist, and I just feel less stressed in general! Below is my “Glow Up Tracker” and what I am incorporating into my daily/weekly routine.

4 Step Skin Care Routine

I started using Dime Beauty earlier this year and have seen such a difference I love it!! My go to is “The Works” bundle but I also usually purchase their Tinted Glow Wonder Screen, and cleansing balm. My signature scent is also from Dime: Dans Les Bois.

45 Minute Workout & 30 Minute Cycling

Most everybody that is close to me knows that I have been with Beachbody / now Bodi for years! Amoila has become one of my most favorite trainers! So, I decided to do 645 again and then advance onto Amoila’s new program “Chop Wood, Carry Water”.  645 is 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day, to reach your peak in 13 weeks. It combines strength training, cardio, and an active warm-up that will leave you feeling strong and energized. After I am done with Amoila’s workout, I chose any 30-minute cycle class I’d like to do. Since I am with Bodi this is where I purchase my pre workout and probiotics.

Smokers Toothpaste

I have been using this for my toothpaste and Crest Whitening Strips.

Plan Goals & Habit Track

The first planner I use from Start to Finish! I absolutely love this planner and will never own another brand again! Trust me it’s amazing!!!

Gua Sha

I put this in the freezer and roll it on my face for 10-15 minutes a day!

Body Exfoliate & Cellulite Cream

For now, I am using cream I have left over I purchased from Arbonne.

Foot Mask

For my feet I do once a month a peel mask and then weekly do a hydration mask. I typically purchase these at target. For daily moisturizer my absolute favorite is photographed below. I usually purchase this on amazon.

Hair Mask

I have been using Monet products for my hair and I have been loving it! The Replenish Mask is what I use, and it’s infused with Rejuveniqe. It really deeply conditions my hair.

Vitamins

I love her products and have religiously taking: Essential Elements, Immune Defense, & Brain Flow. Her Collagen has been sold out unfortunately so in place of that I have been using Bodi’s.

Conclusion

All of this really doesn’t take long and now that I am doing it and feeling so good, I thought I would share. I have been taking photos along this journey and can’t wait to share where I am at with you at the start of the new year!
